These can be one of the single point projects for an individual component, through to a complete system with numerous components and sub-systems that require integration using industry quality tools and methodologies.

However large or complex these projects may be, we have the experience and know-how to bring them in on time and ensure they meet the required quality targets.

 

Quality Programme Management

 

New programme launches are always difficult and challenging times. QLS can assist you by controlling your supply chain on technical and timing matters, ensuring that the APQP is followed and that the deliverables are met from prototype, through pre-production to product launch.

 

We either work with your existing team or we become your quality team working within the project function. We can ensure the product is in a position to have full approval when it is required to do so. This can be particularly helpful if you have

multiple projects running at the same time and need an experienced team of qualified professionals to take on a complete project.

 

Quality System Design and Implementation

 

Our skilled QLS Engineers can design and implement quality systems, manuals and instruction literature to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and TS 16949 standards.
