TRAINING

We invest a lot of time training and developing our staff - all our new employees are required to complete a comprehensive 12-week induction training plan which covers all company requirements from completing paperwork correctly through to Health & Safety.

Training is monitored and reviewed by the Management team and additional training is provided as required.

Induction Training

All QLS staff are required to complete a comprehensive 12-week induction training plan which covers all company requirements from completing paperwork correctly through to Health & Safety.

New employees are taken through all aspects of working at the customer’s premises and are trained in all company procedures, policies and requirements.

All employees are issued our booklet ‘Working with QLS’ which is our pocket-sized guide covering the minimum standards and requirements that we expect from our staff. All topics of the booklet are covered as part of our induction training and new employees must sign the booklet and are expected to carry it at all times.

Heath and Safety Training

We provide regular, mandatory Health & Safety training through the accredited iHasco online platform.

on an annual basis.

Quality Training and Awareness

All training is provided to ensure personnel achieve the necessary competence for the work required.

All QLS personnel will be familiar with Quality Assurance, Problem Detection and Part Care.

The effectiveness of our training is evaluated through performance reviews & audits. A skills matrix is completed for every employee which is reviewed & updated every 12 weeks by on-site management, not only to ensure that we place staff on jobs they are trained for, but also to track their development.

All training requirements are reviewed on a regular basis.
